About Me

I am a qualified & experienced Person Centred Counsellor and I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds. I provide one-to-one counselling from my home in Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire. I have a Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling and as well as face to face therapy I am also qualified to work online and over the telephone so my service is flexible in order to suit your needs and lifestyle. 

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice.

I also currently volunteer as a counsellor for AGE UK and have done for the past 3 years which I thoroughly enjoy. 

I am passionate about the service I offer, and I try to create an atmosphere that enables you to feel relaxed and therefore enable you to be open, honest and for you to safely and confidentially explore what’s on your mind. 

To ensure counselling is the right path for you I offer a free 15 minute consultation so we can find out a bit more about each other and this also gives you the opportunity to ask me any questions before we start working together.
